North Eastern Region is a paradise for the bird watchers. Out of 850 species 24 species are restricted to North Eastern Region only. Different species of warblers, wrens, pheasants are abundant in this region. Many of the Bird Watchers found their dream bird and lifers in North East. Some rare species like – White Winged Wood DUCK (WWWD), Myzornis, Black Tailed Robin, Silver Eared Mesia, etc.
